1. Select internal approval process
2. Basic Management of Click-to-Click Process
3. Select the process setting tool
4. Click "Add" .
5. Select the form type (for instructions on setting the form type, please refer to System Settings → Custom Forms).
6. Select Save

5. Select Edit
6. Select the process role
7. Select personnel or professional titles
8. Select the type of signature.
9. Right- click on the tag and select "Insert".
10. Select Save
※ To add a signature, check the box. Alternatively, right- click on the signature panel and select "Insert".

Types of approval | 1. Accurate, Inaccurate 2. Agree/Disagree 3. Notification: Limited to the notification field; specify which personnel need to be notified upon completion of the approval process. |
Process Role | After selecting the process role, you can add the data to the corresponding position on the right side of the process. |
Additional signatures available | This form allows applicants to undergo an additional "signature" process after submitting the completed form. |
String of Signs | Signatures are approved and recorded sequentially. |
Countersigning | In the signing settings, signing can be done simultaneously in each level. |
notify | Once the approval process is complete, an email notification will be sent. |
