Shared fields

◆ Allows setting common fields and calculation formulas for documents.

◆ You only need to set this once. After that, you can fill in the corresponding data by selecting the field titles in new documents (please go to System Settings → Custom Forms to view the operation steps).

1.   Select System Settings

2.   Select the shared field

4. Click + icon

5. Enter the field titles and set the corresponding data.

6. Select Save
